1. Introduction

At Tavaacasa, all our furniture products are handmade and made-to-order, crafted specifically as per each customer’s requirements. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product delivered is damaged, missing, or incorrect.


2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are applicable only if:

  • The received product is damaged,

  • The product is missing (incomplete delivery), or

  • The product is incorrect as per the order details.


3. Mandatory Reporting Window

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any:

  • Damage

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect product delivery

Notification should be sent to our official email: support@tavaacasa.in (you can replace with your actual support email).

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.


4. Inspection & Verification

Once the issue is reported:

  • Our team may request images or videos of the product.

  • A verification process will be carried out to confirm eligibility.


5. Repair Policy (First Priority)

If the product is repairable, we will provide repair service at the customer’s location, depending on feasibility and location coverage.

Our aim is always to resolve the issue in the fastest and most convenient way.


6. Replacement or Refund Policy

If the product is not repairable or the issue cannot be resolved:

  • A replacement may be provided depending on product availability and production timelines, OR

  • A refund may be issued if the order qualifies.

Refund Timeline:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.


7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

As all products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preference changes after delivery

  • Natural variations in wood texture, grains, or finish

  • Minor handcrafted variations (as products are handmade)


8. Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transit:

  • Customer must notify us within 48 hours

  • We will take full responsibility to repair or replace depending on the situation
