At Tavaacasa, we aim to deliver your handcrafted and customized furniture safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and other important conditions.


2. Free Shipping Across India

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
There are no additional delivery charges, regardless of your location.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • All our products are handmade and made-to-order.

  • Standard delivery time may range between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on:

    • Product type

    • Customization requirements

    • Production queue

    • Delivery location

  • Delivery timelines shown on the website or shared with you are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by manufacturing load, festivals, weather, strikes, or logistics partners do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive order confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • Production will begin based on your customization details.

  • Once ready, the product will be packed securely and handed over to our logistics partner for shipping.


5. Shipping & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted logistics and furniture-specialized delivery companies for safe handling.
Tavaacasa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or uncontrollable circumstances.


6. Delivery Accessibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate address, contact details, and pincode.

  • The delivery path (stairs, lifts, entry gate) is suitable for large furniture items.

  • If the location is not accessible, additional manpower or alternate arrangements may require extra charges.


7. Delivery Inspection Guidelines

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the product thoroughly.

  • In case of damage, missing parts, or incorrect product, inform us within 48 hours via email along with clear photos/videos.

  • Claims raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

8. Assembly Service

  • Some products may require assembly.

  • If assembly is included, our team or partner technician will visit.

  • If not included, we will provide guidance, and the customer may arrange local assistance.


9. Packaging

All items are packed using high-quality, protective materials such as:

  • Multi-layer bubble wrap

  • Corrugated sheets

  • Foam protection

  • Wooden crates (for select items)

This ensures safe transit of delicate, heavy, or premium furniture pieces.


10. Undeliverable Locations

In rare cases, if logistics partners cannot deliver to a remote location:

  • We will inform you immediately.

  • A suitable alternate delivery point may be arranged with mutual consent.

  • If delivery is not possible, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
